They Have a Scheme: Kramer Meets Jesse & Weird Al of Race Merchants, Inc.
By Debbie Schlussel
So three racists walk into a bar. Unfortunately, there's no punchline.
What Michael Richards said about Blacks at an L.A. comedy club was racist. His career should be over.
But so should the careers of two other racists, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. Instead, they're thriving.
While Richards made a gazillion phony apologies for uttering what he really thinks at age 57 (and blamed it on the War in Iraq--huh?), Jackson and Sharpton have never apologized even once for constantly telling us what they really think, over decades.
It's a little strange--no, make that, absurd--to see one racist groveling and apologizing to two other racists, especially when the latter two have made it a career. Even more ludicrous is the media's blindness to the thick irony of it all.

Our Saudi Friends Celebrate An Early Thanksgiving
By Debbie Schlussel
While Americans celebrate Thanksgiving tomorrow, Saudi Arabians already had theirs over the weekend.
Tomorrow, we eat turkey. Over the weekend, the Saudis had us begging to eat crow over a man named Turki.
In an utter display of American weakness and shame, Colorado Attorney General John Suthers traveled to Saudi Arabia to apologize. Apologize for the American justice system and virtually everything else that America stands for.
Suthers went to Saudi Arabia to apologize for the conviction of Homaidan Al-Turki. Just before Labor Day, Al-Turki was sentenced to 27 years to life in a Colorado prison for keeping a slave and raping her, among other crimes.
Al-Turki, from a prominent Saudi religious family, was in Denver seeking his Ph.D. at Colorado University. This summer, he was convicted of sexually assaulting his Indonesian housekeeper, whom he and his wife--also convicted--kept as a slave. The Al-Turkis' abuse of this fellow Muslim went on for five years. They brought the 24-year-old woman to their home in Aurora, Colorado to serve as their cook, maid, nanny, and apparently "marital aid" (or in this case, also, "marital aide").

Perfumed ICE: Immigration Agency Meets the Chick Channel
By Debbie Schlussel
The agency that replaced INS and the Customs Service is being feminized.
No, I'm not talking about Julie L. Myers, the unqualified Martha Stewart wanna-be whom President Bush has nominated to take over Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Although Julie Myers hasn't even had her nomination sent to the full Senate for a vote, she's already counting her chickens and thanking supporters, helpers, tutors, and assorted other catch-all valets always attendant to the woefully inexperienced future immigration chief-ette.
But before Myers gets her chance to further emasculate the aimless agency, the Lifetime Channel beat her to the punch.
That's right. The damsel-in-distress network--full of aging Valerie Bertinellis, Cheryl Ladds, and woman-done-wrong Danielle Steele novel movies of the week from the '80s--is home to ICE's latest PR foray: a movie called "Human Trafficking," starring Mira Sorvino and leftist Donald Sutherland. The two-part mini-series begins tonight.

Morgan Spurlock's Supersized Islamist BS
By Debbie Schlussel
Morgan Spurlock got famous from his Oscar-nominated documentary, "Supersize Me." He ingested supersized McDonald's meals three times a day for thirty days, then blamed McDonald's for his changed physique and health.
Now, he's using his thirty-day premise to get Americans to ingest his bloated version of radical Islam on cable's F/X Network.
Last year, I received a request to appear in Spurlock's new reality show, "30 Days." The six-episode series began Wednesday Night. The episode for which I was being recruited, "Inside an American Muslim Family," airs next Wednesday. It features Spurlock's childhood friend from West Virginia, David Stacy, spending thirty days "living as a Muslim" in the Detroit area.

Twenty Years after TWA 847, No Lessons Learned
By Debbie Schlussel
Twenty years ago, this week, Hezbollah terrorists hijacked TWA Flight 847, and trampled Navy Diver Robert Stethem to death.
Stethem' only crime was being American.
The hijacking and murder was among the first televised Islamic terror attacks against Americans, unfolding on TV screens over 17 days.

Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Please Don't Go to Washington - Angelina Jolie's & Brad Pitt's Nutty Politics
By Debbie Schlussel
The politics of movie stars Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are similar to their new movie, "Mr. & Mrs. Smith." Dreadful.
Unfortunately, the torrent of media forcing America to endure both their movie and political endeavors has begun. And the suffering intensifies.

Lesbian Basketball, Season 9 vs. the Indy Chick
By Debbie Schlussel
What's the difference between the WNBA and Danica Patrick?
For one thing, she looks like a woman, and they don't.
Then there's Title IX--affirmative action for useless women's sports no-one cares about, like water polo and crew (a/k/a "You Gotta Regatta Lesbiatta").
WNBA players had Title IX to succeed, but are in season nine of extreme failure. Danica Patrick--the rookiette race-car driver who came in forth at Sunday's Indy 500--didn't have Title IX. They don't have it in racing. The IRL only has that amazing non-governmental program, called, "The Free Market." And unlike the WNBA, Patrick competes against the men on their own turf. And succeeds.
That's the lesson of the last week in sports: Feminism is phony. Sports are showbiz. Good-looking women get endorsements. Women who look and act like men don't. Women who succeed against men on their own turf get respect. Women who constantly whine about equality--yet need their own, separate, unequal league to succeed--don't get respect.

Will the Real News Fabricator Please Stand Up?
By: Debbie Schlussel
The Detroit News and its star reporter, David Shepardson, got caught with their pants down. They ran a fake story.
But no-one noticed. No-one, except me - which lead to Detroit News Editor and Publisher Mark Silverman and his minions racing to hush the story and bury it, looking for some silent way to cover-up their very large, very exposed rears.
They printed Shepardson's phony story about a terrorist, and I exposed it, last week. Shepardson ran with it, without even a modicum of fact-checking (easily done with a quick phone call to local Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokesman, Greg Palmore).

Jihad Journalism: Detroit News’ Fabricated Terrorism “Reporting”
By: Debbie Schlussel
“Former Terrorism Suspect is Deported: Moroccan . . . Was Forced to Leave,” screamed a sympathetic headline in Gannett’s Detroit News, last week.
Problem is, the deportation of alleged Detroit terror cell member Ahmed Hannan never happened. Hannan is still here.
And other details in the apocryphal article by Detroit News reporter David Shepardson were also wrong or made-up. The May 3, 2005 article claimed that Hannan—who planned to blow up U.S. tourist sites and a U.S. Air Force Base in Turkey—was deported two weeks before the article ran. Yet, he’s still here. The article also reported that Hannan’s teeth were knocked out in a jailhouse fight, “last month.” But the fight happened on February 10, 2005, three months ago.

“Kingdom of Heaven”: Bin Laden’s Slanted Crusade Movie
By: Debbie Schlussel
Mark Twain said, “History tells us that the truth is not hard to kill, but a lie told well is immortal.”
“Kingdom of Heaven,” Ridley Scott’s extremely boring movie version of the Crusades, is Twain’s words in action. Scott is serial killer of truth—giving immortality to 1,000 lies—in this propaganda film.

“The Interpreter”: Sean Penn’s U.N. Mash Note
By: Debbie Schlussel
The last time I wrote about Jeff Spicoli a/k/a Sean Penn, he sent me an e-mail calling me the c-word.
In the past, Penn reportedly shot reporters with a squirt gun filled with his urine, so I got off easy. Classy guy.

Treasonatrix Barbie: Meet the Real Marla Ruzicka
By: Debbie Schlussel
When The New York Times, “Nightline,” and CNN nominate a young blonde for sainthood ahead of the Pope, it’s time for a reality check.
Especially when that blonde, Marla Ruzicka’s sole purpose is to legitimize our enemies, cause problems for U.S. troops already in harms way, and morally equivocate dead terrorists with victims of 9/11.

Title IX for Jihadi Chicks and Billionatrix Golfers
By: Debbie Schlussel
The strange new equality of the Islamic jihad has arrived on our shores.
Yet, feminist Martha Burk is complaining about women wearing pink.
Thursday, The New York Times reported that two 16-year-old girls from New York City were arrested in March because they planned homicide bombings.

“American Idol”: Who’s Your (Baby)Daddy?
By: Debbie Schlussel
Being an unwed teen mother is “a badge of honor,” right?
That was the scheduled message of this week’s “American Idol,” courtesy of Fantasia Barrino.
Barrino—the young unwed, single mother who won last season’s “AI”— was set to showcase her biggest song, “Baby Mama,” according to weeks of press reports.

Feel Unsafe, Very Unsafe: TSA’s Islamic, America-Hating Screener
By: Debbie Schlussel
Do overbearing, shoe-removing searches at the airport make you feel safe? How about the crisp black and white uniforms of screeners since Homeland Security’s Transportation Security Administration (TSA) took over?
Sadeq Naji Ahmed is Exhibit A that you are not safer, that the TSA isn’t screening the screeners. He’s also proof positive that radical Muslims in the military can get away with say anything, while other soldiers cannot.
For almost two years, Ahmed was a baggage screener at Detroit’s Metro Airport, despite his frightening background.

Harvard Chick Profs vs. the “Ice Princess”
By Debbie Schlussel
Oops. Lawrence Summers isn’t from Hollywood, and he’s not a sexy starlet from “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” or “Sex and the City.”
If only he underwent an “Extreme Makeover” to fit these characteristics, Summers might get away with his comments about lack of women in the sciences in academia.
After all, the Harvard President--who continues to be under fire for attributing gender differences to a lack of women in the sciences--recently suffered a vote of no confidence by Harvard professors.

Domestic Hypocrisy: Martha Stewart's "Apprentice" Lie
By: Debbie Schlussel
Amidst the Second Coming of Martha Stewart, the Domestic Diva told another big lie.
But not a single member of the pandering media has taken note.
Remember the empathetic Martha’s exhortations from prison about poor treatment of convicts when they’re released from prison? Stewart decried the lack of employment for convicts. No-one will hire them, she complained.

Porn Again: Sadness of "Deep Throat" Revisited
By: Debbie Schlussel
What’s the most significant event in U.S. history? The Declaration of Independence or victory over the Nazis, you might answer.
What’s the greatest event in pop culture? The 1980 U.S. Olympic Hockey victory over the Soviets in the Lake Placid Semi-finals, you might say.
Well, you would be wrong. At least, according to “8 Mile” and “24” producer Brian Grazer and his co-horts in the production of “Inside ‘Deep Throat’”.
