how is it that in a country where it is illegal to allow a dog to fly on an airplane for more than 8 hours without fresh water, a living, breathing, thinking, feeling human being can be allowed to dehydrate to death?

in an attempt to hold on to power, the arrogant judiciary has cowardly denied another appeal under the cloak of night.

this blog by david limbaugh asks some simple questions - any of which would surely result in a stay for someone the likes of scott peterson.

can't we extend the same courtesy to poor terri?
